Recently, the Education Working Committee of the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Municipal Education Commission issued notices and letters of appointment, hired 26 experts, scholars and practical workers from various fields in Tianjin to set up a professor group to preach ideological and political theory in Tianjin, and to tour the universities in the whole city. Three professors from the center were selected, namely Professor Pang Jinju, Professor He Zili and Professor Liu Fengyi.
