On July 8, the fifth lecture hall of political economy - Introduction to capital (volumes 1-3) jointly sponsored by Center for Studies of Political Economy of Nankai University and other five units opened a class in Nankai University. Professor Pang Jinju, former vice president of Nankai University and director of Center for Studies of Political Economy of Nankai University, gave the first lecture entitled Contemporary Significance of Capital. The lecture was presided over by Professor Liu Fengyi of School of Economics, and more than 200 students from universities, party schools, enterprises and institutions in China listened to the lecture.
