On November 30th, the Survey Report on Housing Consumption of Urban Households in China (2017) and the Development Report on Housing Consumption in China (2015-2017) were released at Nankai University. Professor Zhou Jingkui, scholar of the Center, presided over the conference. The results are based on the comprehensive and systematic household survey data of urban household housing consumption in China. In 2017, the samples covered 42 cities in China, including 2,783 samples of households and 7,019 samples of family members. Compared with 2016, the samples of households and family members increased by 5.62% and 5.53%.
