On April 14th, after expert review, public announcement and approval by the National Leading Group for Philosophy and Social Sciences, the National Office of Philosophy and Social Sciences announced the list of major projects of the National Social Science Fund to study and explain the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. Professor Liu Xiaoxin, scholar of the Center, successfully won the bid for Research on Emergency System of External Financial Shock under Deep Opening.
